We get people started, going about their days, and nurture their breaks.

It started as one musician’s career pivot. First child born in covid lockdown. He remembered the

conversations and connections from his coffee jobs in the past, but he could do better coffee than

those places. He looked around. North Acton Square was just finished. Buildings were built and so

many people were moving in. They’re left with a soulless coffee chain. A coffee deprived area.

He built a tuktuk coffee shop, and began trading in March 2022.

Coffee is a drink. It gives you energy. Punchy but complex flavour.

But more than that, it brings you conversations. It builds connections.

3.5 years of fuelling people’s days, Awakener has finally found a new home with roof, walls - more

importantly neighbours and a family.

We fine tune coffee throughout the day, measuring and timing every extraction and make sure all is

served with great care and love. We source coffee roasted in Chiswick, baked goods from Perivale and

Ealing, milk from uk based independent business and feature small UK based guest roasters.

Our mission is to make your day better. And your purchase contributes to sending our kids to school

and nursery, and our staff to pursue their dreams. We serve North Acton. We grow together.
